Not only do the vessels look lovely, but we also make sure they are reusable. We would love to make another candle for you reusing the same container. You can also visit our instagram page for ideas of how to repurpose your candle vessel.
Trim wick to 1/4" before each use. You can use a wick trimmer, nail clippers, or gently flake off excess charcoal using your fingers. Maintaining proper wick length enables the wick to draw up the melted wax as fuel. It helps to control the flame size, prevent smoke and soot, as well as extend the life of your candle.
Burn until wax melts to the edge of vessel. This allows the wax to melt down evenly with each use. If you don't allow the wax to melt to the edge (especially in the first few uses) the candle may start to tunnel.
Extinguish with care. A snuffer is the safest way to extinguish the flame. Blowing on the candle may splash hot melted wax. Allow wax to cool before placing the lid on the vessel.
